The ready made IOT solution set comprises of:
— Control panel (according to the customer’s request it can be of various modifications: plastic: internal, external; metal, sealed, unsealed), etc;
— ЕМ-486 Controller is remote access controller for automation of the operation of lighting devices with remote access to manual control and supervisory monitoring of the process (the controller is designed for 3 independent load lines with the possibility of expansion through additional control modules and also to transfer information to remote data collection server/ cloud server that operates in the Internet networks (IOT) through any available GSM/GPRS or Ethernet communication — 2G — 3G);
— Electricity meter: the feature of Modbus protocol meter is the transmission of more accurate indications to the server for data collection.
— Switching devices (circuit breaker, contactors)
Overvis Lumen (IOT) Features:
— Tools for reporting and analyzing the cumulative data (interactive charts, analytical histograms, xls-reports, aggregation of data from distributed facilities into one graph or report);
— Alarm reporting by SMS, email or voice dialing with receiving notification control (the system will dial all known numbers of service personnel and if there are no responses, it will only go to the list of numbers with the higher level of responsibility);
— Documentation with detailed description for self-creation of animated visualizations and programs of logical automation (the logic is stored in the communication controller and does not depend on the presence of connection with the server; visualization is drawn in standard graphic editors);

Visualization of the control panel for setting and monitoring the status:
For the operation of the lighting control cabinet, it is only necessary to mount the finished cabinet in the required location, connect the power supply cable to the incoming switch and the cable that supplies the load to the lower terminals of the magnetic starters (line 1, line 2 and line 3). Insert the SIM card of your operator in the ЕМ-486 device (with access to the Internet 2G — 3G), or connect Ethernet cable from your router. Enable the cabinet and go through the activation of connecting the set to the server. Then on the visualization set up the necessary modes of operation.
