OM-310 Control Panel (CP) software is dedicated for monitoring the status and retrieving data from OM-310 device via communication interface (RS-232 or RS-485).

The CP allows for saving (loading) various OM-310 settings, retrieving data and saving them for further research.

  • The saved data can be viewed on a graph while comparing parameters.
  • The CP graphic environment allows for real-time viewing the current status of various UBZ-OM parameters.
  • The flexible interface setup allows adapting it for any user’s preferences.

The RPM-416 Data Analysis Control Panel (hereinafter referred to as the CP) is designed to control and configure the RPM-416 Electrical Parameters Recorder via the Modbus TCP communication protocol.

The software allows you to save (load) various settings of the recorder.

The data obtained after recording by the recorder can be viewed on a graph, comparing the parameters with each other.

The data can be printed and saved in text format (.csv).

The graphical interface of the control panel allows you to monitor the current state of various parameters of the recorder in real time.

Simultaneous operation with several recorders (up to 10 devices) is possible.

The RPM-416 Data Analysis version must correspond to the firmware version of the data logger.

The software control panel of TR-101 (further CP) is designed for operational control and data logging from TR-101 by means Ethernet or RS-485 protocols.

CP allows to adjust and set up different thresholds of TR-101, as well as information collection and save them for further investigations and detailed analysis.

TR-100 is designed for measuring and controlling a device temperature via four sensors connected according to a two- or four-wire diagram, with subsequently displaying the temperature on screen and generating alarms when any parameters fall beyond set limit. Specially suited for Dry type transformers.

  • OB-215 Control Panel is designed for monitoring and setting the device “digital I/O module OB-215” via the Modbus RTU communication protocol.
  • The program enables to save (load) different OB-215 settings.
  • The graphical interface of the program enables monitoring of the current state of different OB-215 parameters in real time.

MODBUS TCP

Modbus TCP Client application is used for connection to various network devices supporting Modbus TCP protocol. It allows to read and write device holding registers.

Using bridge and gateway devices and interface convertors supporting Modbus TCP protocol (e.g. ET-485), this application allows to connect to other devices supported by convertor.

DEVICE MANAGER

Novatek Device Manager has been designed as an automation tool for controlling technological process flow.

It provides solution for the following tasks:

  • After the program is started, it runs a computer scan. It automatically defines the communication ports, to which industrial flow process automation devices can be connected.
  • In program’s main window the user develops the process flow diagram while defining the communication port interfaces and devices connected. For each device, the program creates links, which define the range of parameters controlled, and frequency of saving their values in respective report files.
    All user-assigned project parameters are saved in the special project description file;

  • The project can be started to run; during this, the program controls the ranges of controlled parameters and repeatedly saves them in the report files.

Compatibility

All our programs work in the Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Win 7 x64, x86 environments. Programs can be unpacked using WinRar version 4 or higher.
